Zoya 99 Terms & Conditions — Full Policy Guide

01 General Terms & Applicability

By using the Zoya 99 platform, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all Zoya 99 services — Sports Betting, casino games, live dealer, virtual games, and all other products.

These Terms & Conditions have been prepared in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and the guidelines of international gaming licensing authorities. Zoya 99 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Registered members will be notified of any changes via email or platform notification.

In addition to these Terms & Conditions, Zoya 99's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. Together, these three documents form the complete terms governing use of the platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account on Zoya 99:

• You must be at least 18 years is required. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
• Each person may only one account open. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Your account must be registered using your own name, phone number, and email address.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Zoya 99 reserves the right to accept or decline any application without being obliged to provide a reason.

03 Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Zoya 99:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — however, the cash-out option may be available in certain cases.
• Any bet placed before an event begins will be voided if the event does not start, and the stake will be refunded.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• The minimum bet amount is BDT 10, and the maximum limit varies depending on the market.
• Zoya 99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same event (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

For live betting, bets may occasionally not be accepted due to network delays. This is part of Zoya 99's security system.

04 Payment Terms & Transaction Policy

All payment activities on Zoya 99 are handled transparently and securely. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit Amount BDT 50 Maximum limits are determined by the payment method.
• Minimum Withdrawal Amount BDT 200. Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Multiple withdrawals in a single day are permitted, but the total daily limit still applies.
• Any suspicious transactions may be temporarily held pending investigation.

Third-party deposits are not accepted. Only payment methods belonging to the account holder may be used.

05 Bonus & Promotions Terms

Zoya 99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. While each offer has its own specific terms, the general rules are outlined below:

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit. To withdraw the bonus, a minimum wager of 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount is required.
• Reload Bonus: A reload bonus is available on a set day each week. An 8x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
• Cashback: A set percentage cashback is awarded on weekly net losses. No wagering requirements apply to cashback.
• Each bonus is available to a member once only. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they are only available for withdrawal once wagering requirements have been met.
• Zoya 99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Zoya 99 platform and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Deliberately exploiting technical glitches on the platform.
• Abusive or harassing behaviour toward customer support staff or other members.

If such activity is found, all balances will be confiscated and the relevant authorities may be notified.

07 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Zoya 99 may temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to submit requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more).
• If you choose to self-exclude.

To close your account, contact our support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

08 Responsible Gaming Policy

Zoya 99 believes gaming should be a healthy form of entertainment. We encourage all members to play responsibly.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: You can set a cap on the maximum amount you're willing to lose within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion options ranging from 24 hours to permanent removal from the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Option to take a break from betting for a set period of time.

09 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint, please reach out to our support team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

• An initial response will be provided within 7 business days of receiving your complaint.
• Complex cases may take up to 14 days to investigate and resolve.
• Zoya 99's decisions are final.
• In the event of a dispute over a game outcome, server logs will serve as the definitive record.

10 Changes to Terms & Enforceability

Zoya 99 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes take effect from the date they are published.

• For major changes, registered members will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The most current version of these terms will always take precedence.
